Freetown, SIERRA LEONE – The entertainment industry is in mourning this week as it grapples with the tragic loss of one of its prominent figures, Manager Edwin P Samura, affectionately known as Manager Edwin, of Bingo Unit.
The sombre news follows a ghastly accident that occurred on January 7, 2024, involving Manager Edwin and Mohamed Saccoh, popularly called K-Man, as they were returning from Bo in Moya Bum Chiefdom, Bonthe District. The unfortunate incident claimed the life of the gallant Manager Edwin.
In response to the heartbreaking event, K-Man, the CEO of Bingo Unit, shared details of the funeral arrangements for Manager Edwin P. Samura. The family has collectively decided to lay their beloved late manager to rest on January 21, 2024. K-Man, visibly affected by the loss, reminisced about the late manager’s pivotal role at the beginning of his musical journey, highlighting the profound impact of this loss on the Bingo Unit family.
Despite sustaining some bruises, K-Man reportedly emerged from the wreckage in stable condition. However, the same cannot be said for Manager Edwin, who tragically lost his life in the crash.
