Freetown, SIERRA LEONE – The Ambassador of Sierra Leone’s Entertainment Industry, Amara Denis Turay, widely known as Kao Denero, has formally entered wedlock with Esther Kargbo, also known as Esther Kay, becoming his new wife.
Before his engagement with Esther this week, Kao Denero had parted ways with his previous partner, Delvaque, for reasons known only to the rapper, sparking spirited discussions among fans on social media platforms.
In a recent post on his social media account, the rapper expressed, “The year 2023 started on a low note for me. I felt utterly betrayed and rejected by someone I had invested time, love, and trust in.”
He continued, “But by the grace of the Almighty God, I crossed paths with an angel named Esther – a woman of exceptional purity and beauty. This young lady effortlessly wiped away all the tears from my eyes. She embraced my daughter as her own, and we formed a profound bond akin to friendship. Esther, a spiritual soul, is on the verge of completing her first degree in tourism. Her humility and affection struck me deeply, as did the warmth I received from her parents.”
Kaodenero paid tribute to Esther’s late father, Mr. Sembu, saying, “He became a close friend and a father figure to me. Sadly, we lost him this July after a prolonged illness.”
Reflecting on his role in Esther Kay’s life, Kao shared, “As a member of the family, I played my part in comforting Esther Kay, a woman I have discovered to possess excellent homemaking qualities. Public assumptions and speculations about my past relationships are on the rise. To set the record straight, yes, I was previously married, but we separated and divorced a decade ago. That chapter of my life is closed.”
