The former Minister of Agriculture Dr Harry Will has commended the APC Government for the current progress in economical and social developments in the country.
Making this disclosure to Awoko over the weekend, Dr Will said with all indications it has proved to me that the A PC Government headed by President Earnest Bai Koroma is committed to the development of the rural and urban areas.
Dr Will noted that enormous progress have been made in the areas of Agriculture, electricity, roads and health with barely seven months in office, adding that the campaign for change of attitude is also a step in the right direction.
He also intimated that the judiciary is going through a reform that will re-build the image of the justice system, as it was a major stumbling block towards the rule of law in the country during the past.
Dr Will also expressed thanks and appreciation to the Minister of Justice Serry Kamal for expediting court cases and improving the conditions of service for workers, noting that the justice system can be relied upon to seek redress rather than using the law to intimidate others.
He however asserted that “I am prepared to contribute my own quota to the development of my country” despite having some programs over seas but my country means a lot to me.
He added that his wealth of experience will be translated practically for the achievement of food security.
Dr Will called on all Sierra Leoneans to support the APC Government for rapid development of our basic infrastructures and also build the capacity of the middle level man power so as to embark on sustainable developmental programs in the country.
