Football fans will today storm the Bo Coronation field and the Kenema Town fields to witness the playoff games of the national division one league.
In Bo today Diamond FC who were the first team to qualify in the Southern region will host Belvic United in their first match. They are favourites to win as they will be having the support of the home crowd who will be cheering them to victory.
Diamond FC team is made up mostly of students. Speaking to Awoko Sports Mohamed Kamara said that they are one of the teams to qualify in the Southern Region and progress to the Premier league so that they will now have three teams representing the Southern Region.
He also mentioned that this year’s playoff will be more competitive as all the 10 teams want to participate in the coming Premier league.
