The letter stressed that in a rush to understand the numerous problems affecting the Council and the various Associations, the Director requested a copy of the various constitutions, Bankers and Account Numbers, Financial reports for 2007/2008 and also suggestions and recommendations that would improve their present.
The letter noted that this is not a witch hunt, rather a genuine effort on the part of the Director to familiarize with all the bodies that are potential members of a restructured Council.
The access to such vital information would not only help in seeking solutions to existing problems, but would also give the Director the opportunity to initate meaningful programmes for the empowerment of the Youths and the nation as a whole.
