Medical Facilities- Medical facilities in all chiefdoms of the country at the level in which every chiefdom will have one hospital with a compliment of doctors and with supplies.
Educational Facilities- One modern primary and one secondary school in every chiefdom or rural district of the country. They will be fully equipped with teachers, textbooks and other consumables. A school-feeding program would be started so that every school kid and teacher would be provided with one hot meal a day.
Other facilities for vocational training, junior colleges for training middle level manpower and more universities to train the professionals that we need as a nation.
Fuel- Fuel supplies that would last us for five years until our economy stabilises and the availability of foreign exchange is resolved.
This will assist the country to cope with the import of about72, 000MT of fuel which is the quantity of fuel that it needs annually.
Roads – Road construction, so that every chiefdom has an array of good roads. The country will need to develop up to 5000Km. of paved roads.
Utilities- Water supply, electricity developments and communications so that every chiefdom has an array of good roads, efficient water and electricity supplies and communication link.
Agricultural Inputs- Agricultural production will have to be supported through the provision of good quality and affordable agricultural inputs, so that our farming committees would have all the inputs needed to start production again. Storage and processing facilities for the products. Promotion of farmer training services and general extension. This time around to assist in the development of Agro-based industries to process agricultural raw materials for the local market and the surplus exported.
Fisheries and Marine Resources- The sector and fisher folks will have to be supported with the appropriate fishing gears and cooling and processing facilities so that they can earn a decent living from that resource base while at the same time providing affordable fish products in the local market for the ordinary Sierra Leonean. Assist in the organised exploitation of our marine resources so that the country derives maximum benefits from them.
Transportation- Urban transportation so that each District would have a town bus service and there would also be an inter-district bus service.
The Railway- Development of our railway system to help with the transportation of goods, heavy equipment and passengers,
The Mining Sector- Development of our mining sectors so that it becomes vibrant and beneficial to Sierra Leone.
Development of the Local Government administrative Infrastructure- Help to develop the infrastructure that is needed to promote true democracy in Sierra Leone. Since government would be decentralised to the Districts and chiefdoms, there will be the need to construct Assembly Buildings and offices, in all of the 15 Districts, many offices and facilities in all of the 15 District headquarters towns, Build 160 Chiefdom management committee offices and chiefdom Council Assembly Houses in each chiefdom; and other infrastructure for Internal Revenue collection, General services Administration, Law Courts and Prisons, Law enforcement offices, staff housing etc.
Every Sierra Leonean must resolve and strive hard to put aside the ills of bad governance, corruption, nepotism, tribalism, sectionalism, regionalisms, victimisation, hatred, insensitivity, lack of innovation and common sense, lack of love for people and country, lack of basic nationalism that the past and present governments have practised and condoned over the last forty -five years of their mal-administration. We must once more have a peaceful, loving, happy, prosperous Sierra Leone that would be free, free at last from all of the above ills.
