The asset declaration form is the form public officials in Sierra Leone use to spell out their assets with the ACC after taking public offices. The forms are not made public. According to ASP Amara “There is no asset declaration form for the former Minister of Health Miatta Kargbo.” Lawyer Sidy Amadu Bah was holding the fort for Yada Williams, as counsel for Miatta Kargbo, but failed to ask any questions. Commissioner Georgewill adjourned the Inquiry to Thursday 21st November 2019 for the Person of Interest to open their defence.
