Cluff receives Baomahun environmental permit

Cluff said yesterday that it has received an environmental permit for the Company’s 100% owned Baomahun Gold Project (“Baomahun”) in Sierra Leone. The receipt of this permit Cluff stated in a press release “will enable the Company to complete the environmental impact assessment for Baomahun, one of the last outstanding parts of the feasibility study which is due for completion in H1 2012.” Commenting on the granting of the permit Peter Spivey, Chief Executive of Cluff Gold said “We are pleased to report the receipt of the environmental permit for Baomahun, and would like to express our gratitude to the Government of Sierra Leone for its continued support. This important milestone in the project’s development will allow us to progress with the feasibility study, which remains on track for completion in H1 2012.”
