A 16-year-old boy has been arraigned before Magistrate Bankole Shyllon on a three-count charge of conspiracy to commit felony, larceny and malicious damage of one Mitsubishi vehicle valued at Le25 million.
The charge sheet also alleges that at Mile 91 the offender maliciously damaged the vehicle owned by one Abdul Rahman Zubairu.
Responding to questions posed to him by the magistrate the offender told the court that he was an apprentice who stayed with his friends at Waterloo.
He also informed the court that he was staying with his father before he joined his friends and became an apprentice.
After listening to his ordeal, Magistrate granted him bail but there was no one to fulfill his bail conditions.
