A new Radio Station called Voice of Faith on frequency FM 89. 5 has been established in Bo and started test transmission on Sunday January 30th 2011.
FM 89.5 is a Christian Station with no borders as Christianity itself is worldwide.
The station is owned by Samuel Haffner who is also the General Manager of Radio Bo otherwise known as KISS 104 FM.
Speaking to Awoko News Samuel Haffner a renowned broadcaster said the Voice of Faith has no definite denomination as it will help to spread the word of God as the name of the Radio clearly indicates.
Mr. Haffner has called on all Churches and Christian Organizations to henceforth make use of the Station with the view of promoting Christianity in and outside Bo.
Speaking further the proprietor of Voice of Faith said that the new Station has nothing to do with the good work of its sister KISS 104 FM Station inspite of the fact that they both operate at Kandy Mountain.
He assured all of living up to the ideals of Voice of Faith completely devoid of national Politics but endowed with the work of God Almighty.
The Voice of Faith is now being heard loud and clear since it started test transmission and continues to be praised for its Christian music.
