A team from the Bishop Bell Church of England, a mathematics and computing specialist school, is on a two-week visit to the Schelenker Secondary School, Port Loko district.
The principal of the school, Saidu Kamara, said the link between the two sister schools was established some four years ago with the aim of enriching the academic opportunities for pupils at both schools.
He said the opportunities of this link were immense not only for the school but for the Port Loko community as a whole.
Beruk Berhane, the global community co-coordinator for the Bishop Bell Church of England, mathematics and computing specialist school, said they were in Port Loko to strengthen their link with their sister school as they had been able to raise one hundred million Leones for the setting up of a computer suite at the school.
He urged the teachers to be dutiful despite the limited resources.WAEC results for 2007 and the black listing of ten examiners on similar grounds.
