Belivic United have started the play offs by defeating Diamond FC of Bo at the Bo Coronation field by a goal to nil last Friday.
The only goal of the match was scored from the penalty spot in the first half of play by Gbril Sesay.
Speaking to Awoko Sport after the match the chairman of the club Victor Lewis said this winning has motivated the boys and has also sent signals that they are a force to reckon with in the competition.
Lewis said he hopes that his boys will maintain their winning ability as they play their next match today against Bai Bureh warriors of Port Loko.
In Kenema Town Field on the same day Sierra Leone Police defeated Gem Stars of Kenema by two goals to one (2-1) to secure their first win whilst today they will engage Wellington People in their second the match.
The competition will continue tomorrow at both venues
