Belvic United is set for the division one playoff competition which is expected to start today in Bo and Kenema respectively.
Speaking to Awoko sports before they departed last night, the chairman of the club Victor Lewis said their hopes are high to qualify for the premier league this time as the executive has done every thing possible to make sure the team qualifies at all cost.
He stated that what happened to them during the last play-off match against Real Republicans will not be repeated again as they have done their assignment.
Victor Lewis said in today’s encounter, they are going to battle with Diamond FC of Bo in the first match and they are going all out to win at all cost to put them in a good position. Any result apart of a win will not be good for us and said they are in the group of death so winning all matches will put them on the safe side.
He also mentioned that to make their dream a reality, they have empowered the technical team to do their work freely with out any interference and according to him the selection of the 22 players was done on merit.
He said defeating Blackpool in their last friendly match was a good build up to the play-off and hope they do well in the competition.
He appeals to the supporters to follow the team to Bo and give them the necessary support.
