Bo District Football Association (BDFA) last Friday received sporting equipment from the National Olympic committee (NOC) at their headquarters.
The sporting equipments received include 10 footballs whistlers and hand pumps. The donation is part of the mandate of NOC to make sure that every part of the country benefit from these sporting equipments.
The NOC President Henry Moore said he should have liked to donate more sporting equipments to BDFA if there were more sporting equipments available as Bo is the second largest city in the country.
He appealed to them to make their request early so that they will be given more sporting equipments than these as they in NOC always remember those in the provinces.
