Bankasoka FC unveiled their team jersey on 11 August 2019 at the Port Loko District Council hall in preparation for the Premier league playoff. Emily Kadiatu Gogra, representing the Vice President, said the VPs spirit is with the club through thick and thin.

The Deputy Minister emphasized football has employed young people in the country, therefore it must be invested in. She handed over Le5 million to the chair of Bankasoka on behalf of the Vice President. She declared her total support to the team until the team reaches the Premier League stage. After a variety of speakers, donations for the club were collected.
