Musa Koroma an SS2 pupil of Government Technical Secondary School in Freetown has become the recent winner of Le2 million cash in the ongoing Africell Sunday Jamboree on Universal Radio FM 98.7.
Musa emerged as winner after he succeeded in searching for missing letters that were sent to different subscribers across the country and sent them via SMS to 2000. Twelve other subscribers also received cheques of Le500,000 each for answering correct questions in the quiz session. Dozens of subscribers were also awarded top up units for participating in the Sunday Jamboree.
In the retailers raffle draw five retailers received brand new Bajaj Motor bikes for buying vouchers and recharge cards worth 2000 units and above from any one of their chosen dealers and ensuring that they sell at least 1000 units per day to qualify for the raffle draw.
The lucky retailers that won the motor bikes are Emmanuel Owulezi of 46 Ecowas Street who bought his vouchers and recharge cards from Rim Investment, Osman Tholley of 2 Nanakroo Street, Krootown Road he bought his vouchers and recharge cards from Raju’s Electricals, Kai Thomas of 30 Williams Street bought his from Balani and Sons and Mariama Kamara of Waterside Road, Tengbeh Town bought hers from Zain Electricals.
The keys and licence papers of the bikes were handed over to the winners at a presentation ceremony held yesterday at Africell’s head office.
