Freetown, SIERRA LEONE – Andrew Kpulum, the Director of Finance at the Sierra Leone Ports and Harbours Authority, expressed his gratitude for the commendable performance of the Authority’s football club, the Waterfront Boys. He fulfilled a pledge by donating twenty-nine pairs of boots, emphasizing that it’s a gesture of appreciation for the team’s recent exceptional performance.
During the donation ceremony, Madam Judith Kosseh, the Deputy Director General of the Sierra Leone Ports and Harbours Authority, chaired the event. She commended the donation as a generous act and encouraged the Waterfront Boys to strive for even greater achievements. Kosseh highlighted the authority’s pride in the team, acknowledging their remarkable recent performances.
Abubakarr Kamara, Chairman of the Ports Authority Football Club Executive, extended gratitude to Mr. Kpulum for his generous donation. He encouraged other well-wishers to follow suit, emphasizing the Authority’s recognition of the team’s efforts and dedication.
Hassan Milla, coach of the Waterfront Boys, attributed the team’s recent successes to the motivation provided by the management of SLPHA. He expressed appreciation for the support, stating that it has significantly contributed to the team’s recent outstanding performances.
