According to information reaching our sports desk, Andre Hope disclosed that he would never handover to the Emric Cole executive unless he had instructions from the IAAF before he could do so.
With this latest development, the Emric Cole executive has already informed their lawyer on the stalemate between the association and Andre Hope.
