The witness added that on 14 July 2019 he received a case file from the Lunsar Police Division regarding an alleged case of robbery with aggravation for the second accused Mohamed Sesay. He added that the file contained statements from Michael Foday, Mariatu Kamara, Ahmed Thompson and a host of others and an endorsed medical report for Michel Foday. The witness furthered that on the 15th July 2019 the first accused was arrested in Kenema and also brought to his office together with a black bag containing assorted mobile phones, a locally made pistol and other evidence. Collins said on 16 July 2019, Detective Superintendent Mohamed Alieu and Inspector Sadia Mansaray visited the scene of crime where they discovered cutlasses, radios and other items, which are now with the Exhibit Clerk. The witness underscored that on 22 July the accused were charged with the above offences. They were without a legal representative in Court. Magistrate Bonnie remanded the accused and adjourned the matter to the 21st August 2019.
