Basketball fans will tomorrow go to the National Stadium in their hundreds to watch the playoff matches of the four teams that were able to lead the table during the competition in which ten teams took part.
Speaking to Awoko Sports the association’s organizing secretary, Alhaji Harun Sesay, said tomorrow there would be two matches. In one, YSC will engage YMCA in a very stiff encounter.
In the second match of the day C. Royals will battle C.Pheonix. A lose for any of the team will thwart their going to the finals.
He mentioned that the four teams had been divided into two groups.
In group A are YSC and YMCA and C Royals and C.Pheonix in the other.
And two of the teams in each group will engage each other three times and the team that wins the highest match will automatically go to the final.
He stated that the competition would continue on Saturday. In the first match C. Royals will battle with C.Pheonix, and in the second match YSC will engage YMCA.
On May 5 all the four teams will be playing their third matches and the competition will finally end on May 11 with winner A playing winning B.
