SIERRA LEONE, Makeni – Leone Stars midfielder Kwame Quee who is set to return to action with the Leone Stars of Sierra Leone tomorrow at the GLC- Stadium in Conakry, where John Keister’s men will be playing host to their Guinea-Bissau counterparts has expressed a strong belief to get all 3 points for his country.

The former Najran FC, a Saudi Arabian first division side who recently signed for Israeli based outfit Hapoel Haifa was ruled out of the Sierra Leone squad that was humbled 2-1 in Abuja by the Super Eagles of Nigeria due to a one match ban from the Confederation of African Football for a red card he had picked up during their last group match against Equatorial Guinea at the Limbe mini-stadium during the 2021- African Cup of Nations hosted in Cameroon.

In the early morning hours of Saturday, 11th June, 2022, Kwame Quee took to his 13,347 Facebook audience to confirm his readiness for Monday’s match against Guinea-Bissau. He motivated supporters of Leone Stars saying: “Building a new squad needs a lot of patience, we fought hard to get something but that’s football, we go again on Monday.”

He continued with a broad note of hope to his fans saying: “I know some of you didn’t see me in the game, I was suspended for one match during the last AFCON but I’m ready to go get 3 points vim,” the promising midfielder hopefully avowed. ARW/13/6/2022
