Alpha Sesay of 16 Nyandeyama Old Town Kenema City who was dragged to court by his mother after threatening to kill her on Thursday 29th December, 2011 prostrated before his mother in court and begged for mercy.
The Prosecutor 1610 Alex Jalloh had told the court that the accused a Welder mechanic used threatening language against his mother Abibatu Sesay to wit to Kill her on Monday 19th December, 2011 at 16 Nyandema Old Town, Kenema City .He was arrested and charged to court for using threatening Language contrary to Section 3(1) of the Public Order Act No 46 of 1965.
The Magistrate sat quietly looking at the mother then cautioned and discharged the accused.
