A mechanism designed by the Apostolic Congress International (ACI) has been initiated and introduced in Sierra Leone is geared towards the certification and licensing of more than 300 men of God who have over the years served in such capacities but lack the necessary credentials that would facilitate recognition and guarantee outdoor evangelism.
