4 Nabbed For Fake WAEC Results

Four staff of the West African Examination Council WAEC have been dragged to the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) for allegedly manufacturing WASSCE / O level results. The four, whose names are withheld, are currently helping the police with their investigations and are expected to be charged to court within the next couple of hours. According to sources, the four accused were prosecuted by some disgruntled students to the authorities. So far the officer in charge, Brima Q Sesay of the CID, confirmed the report, noting that the alleged culprit were helping them in their investigations and could not comment as his comments might “prejudice the investigations.”
