18,480 businessmen jet in during 2011

Figures released by the National Tourist Board (NTB) have revealed that some 18,480 people visited the country stating their purpose of visit as business during 2011.
According to the General Manager of the National Tourist Board Cecil Williams this information is collected from the arrival forms filled by passengers who arrive through the Lungi International Airport.
The 18,480 passengers shows a 27% increase of over five thousand (5,677) more people who visited the country on business during 2011 (18,480) than in 2010 (12,803).
