“This promo is exclusively for Celtel’s dealers, partners and retailer,” said the managing director (MD) of Celtel, Ted Sauti Phiri, yesterday at the Celtel Academy when he launched the “stock and win” promo.
The Celtel MD said their partners, dealers and retailers were the most important parts of their business, “if we are where we are today it is because of these people”.
He pointed out that the stock and win promo was to give back to their partners but also to take stock of their product, got feed backs as to how their product was doing in the market.
Ted Sauti Phiri expressed his appreciation to partners, dealers and retailers for their continued support.
Patrick Caulker, Celtel’s business planning manager, said there were chances to win fantastic prizes like motor bikes, bicycles, generators, and Nokia 1100 phones.
He explained that for the retailer entry, for every stock purchased worth Le150, 000, a retailer would qualify for the draw and would receive a coupon.
For the “Celtel Partner entry”, he said for every stock purchased worth Le6,000,000, that partner would be issued 41 coupons “which are for the retailers who buy stocks from him which is equivalent to 1 coupon for every Le 150,000 worth of stock and 1 more coupon for dealer”.
Patrick said for the dealer entry for every stock purchased worth Le 120,000,000 a dealer would be issued 801 coupons “which are for the retailers who buy stocks from him which is equivalent to 1 coupon for every Le150, 000 worth of stock and 1 more coupon for the dealer”.
Keith Tukei, the sales director explained that after receiving the coupon a unique number on that coupon should be registered through text to 155.
He pointed out that the draws would be held weekly with live radio coverage.
