The head coach of Republicans Football Club Hassan Turay has disclosed to Awoko sports yesterday after the team training that they are going for victory in today’s match against one of their arch rivals Mighty Blackpool in the on going Salone Premier League.
Coach Hassan also revealed that since he started coaching Real Republicans they have never lost to Mighty Blackpool and they have a history over them.
He also stated that they are going for their second win in the league as they cannot afford to lose to Mighty Blackpool as they have prepared for this particular match. He advised the boys to be focused if they are to secure all three vital points in the league.
The head coach of Mighty Blackpool Christian Cole said that with the recent performance of his boys they are going to tame Real Republicans in today’s match as they want to reduce the gap against East End Lions as they are currently in second position trailing them by 6 points.
Also today at the Coronation Field in Bo, Old Edwardians will play against Bo Rangers as both teams are among those fighting relegation. The match promised to be exciting and thrilling as both teams are going for a win. Any loser will be adversely affected.
