The Chairman for the Cotton Tree Community Development Organization (CTCDO) Musa Mansaray has disclosed that this is their first mini league at Wilberforce Village since the inception of the organization.
He mentioned that they have other plans, but that they have decided to start with football as youths have more interest in football.
He disclosed that 16 teams would participate in the league, which has been divided into four groups; with each team to pay a registration fee of one hundred thousand leones.
During the quarter final stage the 8 teams would be summoned to decide what the winner would receive.
He maintained that after the tournament, plans are underway to promote education in the Community from the Primary School level.
He then appealed for sponsorship as the organization is presently cash-strapped.
