The Secretary General of the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) Alimu Bah has told Awoko after the SLFA elective congress that the Congress was peaceful with no major incidence during the two days.
He said even before the congress there were so many rumours that in this particular congress there will be fighting among the two groups, but nothing like that happened.
Bah mentioned that the supporters, the delegates, and the football family behaved themselves and “there was a nice congress and we had the election and we have finished with that and we are now moving forward.”
He appealed to the football family to come together for the good of the game.
