‘Nobody will remove me from football’ – Alhaji Alim Sesay

The Chairman of the Western Area Football Association Alhaji Unisa Alim Sesay who also is an executive member of the Sierra Leone Football Association has told Awoko Sports that nobody will remove him from football.
He made this disclosure as there were rumors that some people are planning to remove him out of the game he so loves because of what happened between him and coach Christian Cole which reportedly caused Sierra Stars to suffer a 4-1 defeat from their opponent the Baby Scorpions of Gambia.
He mentioned that nobody in authority has the right to remove him from football, saying that as a stakeholder he has contributed to the game of football by pouring his own money into the game.
He noted that some of these Ministers appointed as minister of Sports after they are removed from that position you will never see them going to watch matches in the national stadium. But as for him he said in good or bad days he is still going to the stadium to watch matches and still plays an active part in the promotion of the game.
He advised those who are not putting their money into the game to keep quiet and appealed to them that if they want to talk about the game of football let them put their money into the game and nobody will have anything to say about them “that means you are putting your mouth where your money is.”
